Livorno is the third largest port on the western coast of Italy. The port is large and extremely busy, offering many services, from cargo shipping to passenger operations.
The port has modern facilities including wheelchair ramps and clean toilets and shower facilities for travellers. It also has bars, restaurants, passenger information service kiosks, a conference centre, banks and many additional services.
Within walking distance are many other restaurants and shops. There is plenty of parking here and there are also specially designated spaces for the physically challenged.
Port Livorno Information: Ferry Services
From the port, passengers can sail to Bastia, Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Cagliari and Tunisi. There are a number of different ferry services available including express, day and night services.
There are many daily schedules to choose from to Bastia, Olbia and Golfo Aranci; however, there is usually only one trip per week to Cagliari and Tunisi, but this is dependent on the season and weather conditions.
